I teach you techniques you can use daily to reach them.

    Change work and hypnosis taps into your unconscious mind. If you want to start making a change right away, I can help.

  • What to Expect from a Session

    While I go over what to expect in a session in the first free call, here is a quick overview:

    - This NOT talk therapy

    - In an hour, we work on changing the habituated patterns of your brain.

    - You take home tools that you can use whenever you want.

    - You set your goals. I guide you to get there, but you do the work.

  • I Want to Learn More

    Chat with me for 15-30 minutes. Ask any questions before you make a decision.

As a certified life coach and an integrative change work coach, I work with you 1:1 to reduce anxiety and teach you tools that you can use in everyday life situations. We don’t talk about your past (unless it’s relevant), we work on one change at a time, sometimes multiple changes in one session.

In today’s world, we are bombarded with information, things to do, and are expected to keep it all together. Most people don’t have the time to sit with their emotions, never mind know how to change behaviours they’ve had their whole lives.
