How It Works:

  • You Want a Change

    Are you interested in getting up early and getting shit done? Do you want to stop eating sugary or salty snacks and keep thinking “next time?” Or… do you keep putting off asking your boss for a promotion. While It’s up to you to set your goals, I help you along the way by teaching you techniques you can use anywhere to make those changes.

    Change work and hypnosis taps into your unconscious mind. If you want to start making a change right away, I can help.

  • What to Expect from a Session

    While I go over what to expect in a session in the first free call, here is a quick overview:

    - This is NOT talk therapy

    - In an hour, we work on changing the habituated patterns of your brain.

    - You take home tools that you can use whenever you want.

    - You set your goals. I guide you to get there, but you do the work.

  • I'm Ready to Make a Change

    Chat with me for 15-30 minutes. Ask any questions before you make a decision. Or, if you’re ready, Book a Session.

As a certified life coach and an integrative change work coach, I work with you 1:1 to make a change in your life and teach you tools that you can use in everyday situations. We don’t talk about your past (unless it’s relevant) and we work on one change at a time, sometimes multiple changes in one session.

In today’s world, we are bombarded with information, things to do, and are expected to keep it all together. Most people don’t have the time to sit with their emotions, never mind know how to change behaviours they’ve had their whole lives.

Have a therapist already? Great! This will help you beyond talk therapy. Change sometimes happens in the first 10 minutes.
