Regular movement during the day is important for your overall health. Even people that do weights and cardio daily have issues. Sitting too much is often the cause of aches and pains, especially back pain.

Standing in one spot for many hours can also lead to achy knees and lower back strain. My movement plan helps you incorporate movement throughout your day, whether you’re a 9-5 desk worker or a retail worker who’s on your feet all day.

    I walk you through what you can achieve in your first (Free) mini-session. Here is a quick overview:

    - This is NOT talk therapy

    - In an hour, we work on changing the habituated patterns of your brain.

    - You take home tools that you can use whenever you want (e.g. mindset, EFT, movement plan, fitness program.)

    - You set your goals. I guide you to reach them.

Hello! My name is Debbie. I’m a certified personal coach, hypnotist, and soon-to-be personal trainer. I work with you 1:1 to make a positive change in your life. I teach you easy-to-use tools that will help you get rid of procrastination and negative self-talk, while you achieve your strength and confidence goals. We don’t talk about your past (unless it’s relevant) and we work on one change at a time, sometimes multiple changes in one session.

Most people don’t have the time to sit with their emotions, never mind know how to change behaviours they’ve had their whole lives. My sessions work on mindset, using simple-to-use anywhere tools that calm your nervous system and get you moving for improved overall health.
